We called the Mad Hatter to come out and clean our wood stove and chimney.The Man was on time, was very clean with the procedure, and answered all of our questions. We were very pleased with the service,,,and will use them again in the future.

The man came out and inspected my dryer vent to see if there’s a clog. He told me that there was a disconnect and it would require busting up our walls to fix it. After he left, a few hours later he called me and explained that he had been thinking about my issue all day and asked if he can try something else. So he drove back to my house and ended up fixing the problem with no additional cost. I felt like he really cared about my problem. If the other workers here and anything like him then you should definitely use their service

Dustin and (I think the other guy’s name was Keith?) were awesome. They not only showed up on time but they did a very thorough job of cleaning out the vent ducts in my house, and they traveled about an hour to get there. I’d definitely recommend them and I’m going to call back in the spring to get my chimneys cleaned. As a contractor I’m always dealing with people that don’t show up or make a big production outa something. That’s why it always makes my day when contractors actually do a great job and are professional.
